In 2012, we are launching a new business stream, Investment Properties. Our ambition is to establish, build and actively manage a property portfolio of high-quality assets, with high environmental standards in attractive locations. Developed by our Commercial Property Development stream, these locations are today taking shape in new, highly sought-after areas in Tehran.
Self-financed: We can build a nearly limitless high-level of quality on the most attractive land. With many of our projects being self-financed, it gives us the flexibility and freedom to make impactful decisions, desired improvements and necessary changes quickly to benefit our clients and the overall project. By leveraging our sustainability expertise and portfolio, we finance parts of our projects with leaseing and selling high-quality workplaces, headquarters, retail centers and enterprises.

Bringing the outside in:As the world around has as changed, our connection to nature has decreased. Research shows that we de-stress, recharge and recoup better when spending time amongst elements of nature - the same goes for the indoors. That’s one reason why we use plants as interior details, or prefer a seat with a view. While most urban environments today can feel quite strile and bare, more and more architects and designers are exploring biophilia - the bond between humans and other living systems.
